COURSE OBJECTIVES

On completion of this unit, learners will have the knowledge and skills to project a professional image when serving customers and be able to apply them at the workplace. This includes:

  • Concepts of Service Excellence
  • Equip oneself with a positive and customer oriented mindset to impress.
  • Wow customers in their day to day engagement

This course will be conducted in English.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Learners will be trained to manage and converse with members of the public during difficult situations. Hence, applicants need to be literate and be able to speak simple English (Min. PSLE qualification). Other pre-requisites will not be required.

DURATION

1 days (8.5 hours) – including Assessment

COURSE FEES & FUNDING

To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, WDA will provide funding for the course fees and absentee payroll (eligible Singaporeans or PRs only).

Total cost of Training per Trainee: S$210.00 excluding GST (before training grant)

ASSESSMENT

Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by WDA upon passing an oral/written examination and practical assessment administered by POLWEL.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Cancellations made after the closing date* = No Refund
  • Cancellations made before the closing date* = Full Refund
  • Full Refunds will be made if the course is cancelled due to lack of participants or unforeseen circumstances**

*Closing date is 14 days prior to course date.
